Nothing says home cooking like BBQ meatballs! They are simple, yet hearty, and the from scratch sauce adds the perfect notes of sweet, tangy, and savory to the dish. Yummy!
While these meatballs are quite easy to mix up in just a matter of minutes, to your loved ones, it's going to taste like you poured much time and love into them. They have notes of hickory smoke added to the sauce, giving them that extra, savory appeal. Brown sugar brings the sauce together with a touch of added sweetness that balances perfectly with the other flavors of this main dish.
These are probably in my husband's list of top five favorite homecooked dishes. I'm pretty sure he would be quite happy if I were to serve this up on a weekly basis.
Serve it with your favorite potato dish and, perhaps, a side salad!
